These Terms apply when you use the website of Shiv Shankar Narmadeshwar Shivling, send an enquiry, communicate with us, or place an order for a product.

1. About our products

We provide physical Narmadeshwar Shivling and related worship products for home puja, personal worship, temple use, and other size-based requirements.

Narmadeshwar Shivling is a natural stone product. Each piece may differ in shape, colour, texture, natural lines, markings, and appearance. Product images are representative; the exact piece supplied can look different. Such natural variation is not automatically a defect.

Religious or spiritual significance is based on individual faith. We do not promise a particular spiritual, medical, financial, astrological, or life result from purchase or use of a product.

2. Availability, size and pricing

Product availability depends on current stock and the natural size/appearance of available stone. A size enquiry, product photo, or preliminary discussion does not by itself reserve a product or confirm an order.

Prices are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Packing, shipping, transport, or special-handling charges may be added depending on the product and delivery location. If an obvious price or product-description error occurs, we may correct it before processing the order.

3. Order confirmation

Before confirming an order, we may check the required size, quantity, delivery address, payment method, and shipping arrangement. An order is confirmed only after the relevant details are accepted by us.

For large, heavy, special-size, or location-specific orders, advance discussion and advance payment may be required.

4. Payment

Available payment methods may include UPI, bank transfer, online payment, or Cash on Delivery where eligible. COD availability depends on product type, order value, size, weight, courier serviceability, and destination.

We may limit or decline a payment option where shipping or operational conditions require it.

5. Delivery and dispatch

We arrange delivery within India subject to courier or transport availability. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Product preparation, weather, road conditions, courier operations, remote locations, or events outside our control can affect dispatch or delivery time.

Tracking or transport details are shared after dispatch when available. Customers must provide the correct name, mobile number, full address, PIN code, and product requirement. Delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect/incomplete details may lead to additional charges.

6. Cancellation, damage and returns

Cancellation should be requested before dispatch. After handover to a courier or transport partner, cancellation may not be possible.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please keep the outer packaging, take clear photographs or an opening video where possible, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Verified transit damage, wrong-product delivery, or a significant issue present at delivery will be reviewed under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Natural stone variation, change of mind, or a product/size selected incorrectly by the customer does not normally qualify for return or refund.

7. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking the selected size, providing accurate delivery details, and ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment. Please do not return a product without contacting us and receiving return instructions.

8. Website use and content

This website must be used only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software, misuse our business identity, or copy website text, photographs, logos, or other original materials for commercial use without permission.

We may update product information, prices, website content, or these Terms when required.

9. Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by courier delay, customer-provided errors, technical interruption, or events outside our reasonable control. Where liability is legally established for an order, it will generally be limited to the amount paid for that relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer protections that apply under Indian law.
